Wedding Planning Packages

• Unlimited phone & email communication two weeks prior to the wedding 

• Review detailed itinerary/timeline for both the ceremony and reception and distribute to all vendors, bridal party, etc. 

• Manage timeline throughout the day, as well as guide you and your bridal party, and family through all organized events 

• Direct ceremony and reception set up according to diagrams 

• Set up personal items such as favors, escort cards, table numbers, toasting flutes, cake knife, and server, guest books, programs, etc. 

• Greet, direct and instruct guests upon arrival 

• Direct processional, cue bridal party, musicians, and officiant 

• Unlimited phone & email communication one month prior to the wedding 

• Take over communication with all Vendors one month prior to the wedding 

• Review detailed itinerary/timeline for both the ceremony and reception and distribute to all vendors, bridal party, etc. 

• Rehearsal coordination 

• Coordination of all itinerary/timeline logistics 

• Finalize details with your Vendor Team and ensure that everyone is set for the big day. Greet all vendors upon arrival. 

• Manage timeline throughout the day, as well as guide you and your bridal party, and family through all organized events 

• Direct ceremony and reception set up according to diagrams 

• Set up personal items such as favors, escort cards, table numbers, toasting flutes, cake knife and server, guest book, programs, etc.

• Distribute any final payments and/or tips to vendors 

• Make accommodations to ensure gifts, as well as any other personal items, are collected at the end of the evening

• Wedding Planning Support - $500

• Pre-Wedding Rental Pick-Ups and delivery - $500

• Done for you ~ set-up/take-down - $500

• Management of invites, RSVPs, and other paper goods - $300

• Rehearsal Dinner Planning & Coordination - $750

• Bridal Shower Planning & Coordination - $750

• Honeymoon Planning & Coordination - $1,000

• Wedding Website Creation - $200

• Additional meetings - $50 per hour

• Venue Research, Contract Review, and Negotiation - $200

• Vendor Research, Package and Contract Review and Negotiation - $100 per vendor

Travel Fee (Local):

Driving: If the wedding venue is farther than 60 miles driving distance from 98058, Renton, WA. the Client agrees to pay $0.67/mile.

Accommodations: If the wedding venue is farther than 60 miles driving distance from 98058, Renton, WA, the Client agrees to pay one-night stay in a hotel or Airbnb near the venue. This hotel stay will be for the night after the rehearsal (the night prior to the wedding). Clients will be separately billed for the cost of the hotel stay OR Clients can book the hotel themselves under the coordinator’s name.

Travel Costs (Out-Of-State)

Flights: If the wedding venue is out-of-state the Client agrees to pay for the flight and fees associated with the travel costs. Clients will be separately billed for the cost of the hotel stay OR Clients can book the flight themselves under the coordinator’s name. This would be discussed with each other to find the best dates, times, and pricing to fit both parties.

Accommodations: If the wedding venue is out-of-state, the Client agrees to pay for  stay in a hotel or Airbnb near the venue. This hotel stay will be for any days actively working on wedding items, the night after the rehearsal (the night prior to the wedding) and the evening of the wedding. Clients will be separately billed for the cost of the hotel stay OR Clients can book the hotel themselves under the coordinator’s name. This would be discussed with each other to find the best dates, times, and pricing to fit both parties.
