  • Unlimited Communication: Phone and email support beginning two weeks prior to your

       wedding

  • Timeline Review: Finalize a comprehensive timeline for ceremony and reception, distributed to vendors and key participants

  • Day-of Timeline Management: Guide the wedding day from start to finish, keeping everything on schedule

  • Ceremony & Reception Setup: Oversee setup according to pre-approved layouts and vendorinstructions

  • Personal Item Setup: Arrange personal details such as favors, signage, escort cards, guest books, and more

  • Guest Management: Greet and guide guests, helping them feel welcomed and informed

  • Processional Coordination: Cue the officiant, musicians, and bridal party for a smooth ceremony experience

  • Vendor Communication: LG Events will take over as the primary point of contact for all vendors

  • Timeline Review & Distribution: Finalize and distribute the full itinerary to your vendor team and wedding party

  • Logistics Coordination: Manage layout details, setup access, and delivery schedules

  • Vendor Team Management: Confirm all vendor logistics, greet upon arrival, and ensure setup success

  • Vendor Payments & Tips: Distribute final checks or gratuities as requested

  • Gift & Item Collection: Ensure personal items and gifts are gathered and secured at the end of the night

  • Rehearsal Coordination: Facilitate your ceremony rehearsal and walk-through (up to 1 hour)

✈️  Travel Fee Policy

To ensure we’re able to provide the highest level of service at weddings and events outside our standard coverage area, the following travel-related costs will apply:

🚗 Local Travel (Within Washington State)

Driving Fees

  • A mileage fee of $0.67 per mile will be applied for any venue located more than 60 miles from Renton, WA 98058 (round trip).

  • Mileage is calculated using Google Maps from 98058 to the venue address.

​

Accommodations

  • For venues located over 60 miles from 98058, the client agrees to cover one night of accommodations near the venue for the night prior to the wedding (typically the rehearsal night).

  • This may be billed directly or the client may book accommodations (hotel or Airbnb) in the planner’s name.

  • Hotel options and budget will be agreed upon prior to booking.

🌍 Out-of-State Travel

Flights

  • Clients are responsible for covering the cost of round-trip airfare, including any checked baggage or required travel fees.

  • Flights may be billed directly or booked by the client under the planner’s name.

  • Travel details (airline, timing, etc.) will be mutually agreed upon to ensure suitability for both parties.

 

Accommodations

  • For out-of-state weddings, clients agree to cover hotel or Airbnb accommodations for the following:

    • Any dates when the planner is actively working on the wedding (set-up days, walkthroughs, etc.)

    • The night prior to the wedding (rehearsal)

    • The night of the wedding

  • Accommodations can be billed separately or arranged by the client. Specific lodging preferences, budget, and location will be discussed and confirmed in advance.

Ground Transportation & Per Diem (Optional Clause)

  • If air travel is required, ground transportation (rental car, shuttle, or ride share) to and from the airport/venue should also be covered.

  • A modest per diem ($50/day) may be requested for meals and incidental travel costs if the coordinator is required to travel for more than 48 hours.
