Event Planning Packages
We have packages for you to choose from, but offer additional add-ons and personalize packages. We have done everything from birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, company parties, intimate dinners, and holiday events. Contact us for further information!
Day-Of Coordination - $300
• Unlimited phone & email communication two weeks prior to the event
• Review detailed itinerary/timeline and distribute to all vendors, etc.
• Manage timeline throughout the day, as well as guide you and your family through all organized events
• Direct event set up according to diagrams
• Set up personal items such as favors, escort cards, table numbers, personal decor, guest books, programs, etc.
• Greet, direct and instruct guests upon arrival
One-Month Planning - $800
• Unlimited phone & email communication one month prior to the event
• Take over communication with all Vendors one month prior to the event
• Review detailed itinerary/timeline and distribute to all vendors, etc.
• Coordination of all itinerary/timeline logistics
• Finalize details with your Vendor Team and ensure that everyone is set for the big day. Greet all vendors upon arrival.
• Manage timeline throughout the day, as well as guide client(s), and family through all organized events
• Set up personal items such as favors, escort cards, table numbers, personal decor, guest books, programs, etc.
• Greet, direct and instruct guests upon arrival
• Distribute any final payments and/or tips to vendors
• Make accommodations to ensure gifts, as well as any other personal items, are collected at the end of the evening
• Direct event set up according to diagrams
Partial Planning - $1,300
Pre-Event
• Three consultation meetings or phone calls with client(s) during the planning process, recommend three months prior
• Provide vendor recommendations
• Provide checklists and planning tools to help you along the way
• Assist with event & decor vision with client(s)
• Customize timeline creation for client(s)
• Walkthrough of the venue to establish the layout and logistics. Create Diagrams with a client(s)
Event Month
• Meet with the client(s) to confirm vendors and review event details
• Update detailed itinerary/timeline and distribute to all vendors, bridal party, etc.
• Rehearsal coordination, direction, and instruction
• Finalize details with your Vendor Team and ensure that everyone is set for the event
Event (8 hours)
• Manage timeline throughout the day, as well as guide client(s), and family through all organized events
• Greet all vendors upon arrival
• Set up personal items such as favors, escort cards, table numbers, decor, guest books, programs, etc.
• Greet, direct and instruct guests upon arrival
• Direct event set up according to diagrams
• Distribute any final payments and/or tips to vendors
• Make accommodations to ensure gifts, as well as any other personal items, are collected
Full-Service Event Planning - $1,800
Pre-Event
• Unlimited consultation meetings or phone calls
• Checklists and planning tools to help you along the way
• Develop event & decor vision
• Use of Leszewski-Grove Events rentals (Up to $1000)
• Assist with budget planning and organization with customized budget calculators and tools
• Venue research, site tours, and contract negotiation
• Customize timeline
• Schedule vendor & venue meetings for client(s) (attend when needed)
• Walkthrough of the venue to establish the layout and logistics. Create Diagrams with a client(s)
• Provide vendor recommendations, follow up on pricing and availability
• Oversee vendor proposals and negotiate pricing when applicable
Event Month
• Contact vendors to confirm vendor needs and review event details
• Update detailed itinerary/timeline and distribute to all vendors, client(s), etc.
• Coordinate final payments and gratuities for all vendors (provided by the client(s))
Event Week
• Distribute final timeline & diagram to Vendors
• Obtain event accessories and decor items for set up on the day
• Coordination of all itinerary/timeline logistics
• Finalize details with your Vendor Team and ensure that everyone is set for the event. Greet all vendors upon arrival.
Event Day (10 hours)
• Manage timeline throughout the day, as well as guide client(s), and family through all organized events
• Set up personal items such as favors, escort cards, table numbers, decor items, guest books, programs, etc.
• Greet, direct and instruct guests upon arrival
• Distribute any final payments and/or tips to vendors
• Make accommodations to ensure gifts, as well as any other personal items, arrive safely back to your home

Travel Costs & Fees
Travel Fee (Local):​​

Driving: If the event venue is farther than 60 miles driving distance from 98058, Renton, WA. the Client agrees to pay $0.67/mile.​

Travel Costs (Out-Of-State)​:

Flights: If the event venue is out-of-state the Client agrees to pay for the flight and fees associated with the travel costs. Clients will be separately billed for the cost of the flight OR Clients can book the flight themselves under the coordinator’s name. This would be discussed with each other to find the best dates, times, and pricing to fit both parties.

Accommodations: If the event venue is out-of-state, the Client agrees to pay for a stay in a hotel or Airbnb near the venue. This hotel stay will be for any days actively working on event items, the night before the event and the evening of the event. Clients will be separately billed for the cost of the hotel stay OR Clients can book the hotel themselves under the coordinator’s name. This would be discussed with each other to find the best dates, times, and pricing to fit both parties.
